This Black Iron-On Name Tag is ideal for labelling all of your clothing and is very discreet when attached to darker garments. As we all know, lost or stolen clothing is a problem, particularly at school. But for just a few pence this could be a problem of the past. Marking all of your School uniforms with nametapes is the most obvious thing to do.  This could prevent the accidental taking of the garment and making a found item as easy as possible to return.

Easy application

Applied with your domestic iron set on medium heat and in dry mode (no steam). All your School uniforms or sports clothing can be quickly and efficiently labelled without any sewing. Following the simple instructions provided with every order will ensure perfect results, all it takes is a little time and a domestic iron.

A Durable Black Iron-On Name Tag

Black Iron-On name tag Printed with an advanced Silver or Gold Resin Ink. The ink is thermally bonded to the tag material. Printed on the latest digital printers these labels will not fade or run and will withstand washing, dry-cleaning, ironing and steam pressing, perfect for rough everyday use.

Made from a coated woven Black fabric. They are very durable and wash fast.  Quickly applied using a domestic iron. For items not suitable for ironing, they can also be sewn on. When applied correctly these name tapes will withstand many washing and drying cycles.

Of course, there are many grades of Iron on labels, you can probably get a pack from the high street pound shop, but how good are they? The heatseal adhesive on these nametapes is designed to stay on for the life of the garment. In fact, we are often asked how to remove them so the garment can be handed down. The answer? You can’t. Just iron another label over the top of the old one.

Please Note: Iron-On name labels are not suitable for Terry towelling, fluffy or wool materials. They are also not suitable for Teflon or Scotchgard protected garments as these are non-stick coatings. On these items, we would recommend our sew-in name labels which can be found here.
